At Cselestial, every consultation, report, and educational resource is prepared specifically for the individual client or delivered as an instant digital product. Due to the personalised nature of our services and the immediate access provided to digital downloads, all purchases are final.

All astrology consultations, audio consultations, PDF reports, birth time rectification services, question consultations, live consultation add-ons, and any other personalised astrological services are non-refundable. Preparation of a consultation may begin shortly after an order is received. Once preparation has commenced, the consultation has entered our production process and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All digital products sold through our website or Etsy shop, including but not limited to workbooks, journals, planners, guides, templates, worksheets, educational resources, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Standard consultations are prepared in the order in which bookings are received and are generally delivered during our monthly consultation release on the 18th of each month. Where scheduling permits, consultations may be completed and delivered earlier than the scheduled monthly release. If this occurs, a member of our team will notify the client by email. Orders placed after the current month's preparation schedule has closed may be scheduled for the following monthly delivery unless Express Processing has been purchased.

If your consultation has not been received on the expected delivery date, please first check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other filtered email folders, as email providers may occasionally redirect automated or large attachments.

Our team will acknowledge your enquiry and respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays where applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including their full name, email address, date of birth, birth time where known, birthplace, and any additional information requested within the booking form. Cselestial cannot be held responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

Live consultation appointments are arranged following purchase of the Live Consultation Add-On. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled appointment should notify our team as soon as reasonably possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment where appropriate. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the appointment.

Astrology is an interpretative practice. All consultations, reports, educational materials, and related services are provided for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only. Our consultations do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified professional.

By placing an order, booking a consultation, purchasing a digital product, or using any service provided by Cselestial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on this website. Clients are responsible for reviewing these policies in full prior to making a purchase. A purchase or booking constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions in effect at the time the order is placed. Failure to read or review these policies does not exempt a client from their application, nor does it constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, dispute, or exception to the policies outlined above. Cselestial reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website. Orders already placed will remain subject to the version of the applicable policies in effect on the date the booking or purchase was completed unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you do not agree with any part of these policies, you should refrain from placing an order or booking a consultation.
