Unless otherwise requested, all consultations are prepared using the Sidereal Zodiac as the default calculation method. Clients who prefer Western or Tropical astrology must indicate this within their booking form before preparation of their consultation begins.
Most consultations require your full date of birth, exact birth time where known, and place of birth. Some specialised consultations may require additional information or questionnaires, which will be requested following your booking.
Many consultations can still be completed without an exact birth time, although the scope of the interpretation may be limited. If you do not know your birth time and would like to establish the most probable birth time through advanced astrological analysis, a Birth Time Rectification Consultation may be appropriate.
All consultations are delivered electronically by email. Audio consultations include a personalised audio recording together with a comprehensive PDF report. Question Consultations are delivered as written responses by email.
Every consultation includes a minimum 30-minute personalised audio recording. Some consultations may exceed 30 minutes depending upon the complexity of the chart, the consultation selected, and the scope of the analysis.
No. Standard consultations are prepared in advance and delivered as a private audio recording together with a PDF report. Clients wishing to discuss their consultation in real time may purchase the Live Consultation Add-On.
Following your booking, a member of our team will contact you by email to arrange a suitable appointment based upon your availability and time zone. Live consultations are conducted through Zoom using audio only. Video participation is optional. Our team does not record live consultations. Clients may make a personal recording for their own reference after informing our team before the consultation begins.
Yes. Every consultation includes one complimentary follow up question relating directly to the consultation received. The follow up question must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Standard consultations are generally delivered once each month on the 18th. Where scheduling permits, consultations may be completed earlier. If this occurs, our team will notify you by email.
No. Preparation for each monthly consultation release begins well in advance of the delivery date. Orders received after the current preparation schedule has closed may be scheduled for the following monthly delivery unless Express Processing has been purchased.
Yes. Clients may purchase the Express Processing Add-On, subject to availability.

Yes. Where relevant to the consultation, interpretations may include asteroids and calculated points including Chiron, Juno, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, Black Moon Lilith, the Lunar Nodes, the Vertex, Part of Fortune, and other significant chart factors.
Yes. Rahu (North Node) and Ketu (South Node) are incorporated where relevant to the consultation in accordance with the chosen astrological methodology.
Where a consultation is requested using the Western or Tropical system, these planets may be incorporated where appropriate. For consultations prepared using the default Sidereal approach, the techniques and chart factors used will depend upon the methodology applied to that consultation.
