At this time, we do not offer or carry out any refunds, exchanges or credits. All items and/or services purchased are final sale.
In the event of a missing product/order the customer is to email Cselestial within 2 days from the promised delivery date, with the order confirmation email, any relevant picture(s) and exchanges.
If the user does not report any of the above stated within the respective time periods, we reserve the right to deny any support or service.
Cselestial may pause operations in the event of an emergency, at their discretion. Should this occur, readings will be put on hold until further notice, at the discretion of Cselestial. There will be no refunds carried out, though a credit or future discount may be offered.
