Cancellations

Effective: May 24, 2021

At this time, we do not offer or carry out any cancellations. All items and/or services purchased are final sale. If the user fails to be present for the set session, there will be no refund. Should an emergency come up for the user that does not allow them to be present for the session the user is to email Cselestial immediately for a possible reschedule. The user must give, at the minimum, a 24 hour notice to Cselestial. If the user fails to provide the minimum 24 hour notice, the users' session will not be rescheduled and no reimbursement or refund will take place. Rescheduling, with at least the 24 hour notice, has no cost. Should a last minute emergency come up, under certain circumstances, Cselestial may work with the user to reschedule at their discretion.
